Children are generally welcome in the Villas. However some Villa Owners either have a “No Children Policy” or apply certain child age restriction. In those cases you will be notified by VIVESTIA beforehand and the term will be incorporated in the Booking Form. In the event you do not comply with this term, VIVESTIA and the Villa Owner reserves the right to ask you all guests to vacate the Property immediately

VIVESTIA will strive to inform you of the suitability of the Property for children. Please note that the supervision, safety and behavior of your children is your sole responsibility and VIVESTIA waives any liability that may arise.
